I recently had the opportunity to acquire a new property through Sieber International, and I want to express how impressed and grateful I am for the attention and service I received.

From the beginning, Sieber International demonstrated their vast knowledge and experience in the real estate field. My agent, specifically, was incredibly professional and understood my needs with astonishing precision. It became clear that Sieber International values their clients by taking the time to get to know our preferences and needs to ensure the highest satisfaction.

The customer service I received was exceptionally outstanding. Every question I had, no matter how small, was answered with patience and clarity. Communication was smooth and constant, keeping me informed at every step of the process. This allowed me to fully understand all the legal and financial aspects of my purchase.

My new property is a dream come true. Located in a vibrant and lively location, the property blends history and modernity in a way that exceeded my expectations. Would not recommend working with this firm. Ruedi is the most arrogant, condescending, untruthful and rude person I have had to deal with. My husband and I purchased a $3 million property that Ruedi was representing and couldn’t have had a worse experience. This  should have been an open and shut deal for all parties involved since it was a cash deal and it a fast closing.

Ruedi and his assistant showed us the unit and offered to make some modifications to the unit to meet our needs. We had him turn the den into a 3rd bedroom with open access to a bathroom that is shared with the 2nd bedroom. Ruedi also mentioned that he would put in sink in the laundry closet.  After the seller and my husband and I agreed on a price and a price for the modifications, all of which Ruedi’s company was contracted to complete.  Ruedi turned around and said the sink he had mentioned was a “dry sink”. This is a term that was never used prior to signing the contract. In case you don’t know what a “dry sink” is let me clarify since I was not aware, neither was my sister, aunt or realtor who were all present when Ruedi proposed adding a sink to the laundry area. A dry sink, is basically a cabinet with zero running water or a drain that is used to fold clothes. Not sure how in 2023 this would be useful to anyone? And again was not mentioned when he proposed adding a sink to the laundry room closet. After I complained that this was not was was in thr contract, Ruedi was mansplaining to my realtor, attorney and myself how we just didn’t understand when he said sink he meant “dry sink” which was NOT was was in thr signed contract.

After months of back and forth with little communication from Mr. Sieber, he basically entered my unit without permission and started removing the closet shelving in the laundry area and made a hole in the dry wall before I realized he was in my unit.  I had to have security escort him out of the apartment and have our closing attorney get involved to get the issue resolved. Ruedi had to repair the items he had damaged since he did not have approval to enter my unit or make those changes to put in the “dry sink”.

Per the terms of our contract, a portion of the money was held in escrow until all work was completed correctly. Since Ruedi did not complete the work as promised, the money was not released for months until the issue was resolved. Once the work was completed, our real estate attorney, Jodi Strang who is amazing to work with, released the funds per the Escrow Release contract that was agreed to by the seller and us the buyers.

Ruedi was angry because he lost the seller as a client and tried to blame his incompetence on my attorney who was doing her job while Ruedi was not.

I can’t stress enough not to deal with Ruedi or his company, not professional at all and worst experience I have had purchasing a piece of real estate. Just trying to warn others so they don’t have to be aggravated like we were.

Recientemente tuve el placer de trabajar con Ruedi Sieber en la búsqueda de mi nueva inversión en Miami.
Desde el día uno, Ruedi fue extremadamente receptivo y tuvo excelentes sugerencias de propiedades para ver en función de lo que estaba buscando. A lo largo de las negociaciones y el cierre, Ruedi estuvo allí manejando rápidamente cualquier problema que pudiera haber surgido.

Starting this review with stating how awful my experience was with Seiber Stay. I arrived to Hyde Beach House at Hollywood Florida with my in laws after driving for 4 hours from Orlando, Florida. We had plans to have dinner and stay for the night before heading back to Orlando. Once we arrived to the Hyde, the front desk mentioned they couldn’t find our reservation because Seiber Stay never emailed them with the reservation details on our stay. The front desk did the best they could to get in touch with Gina Maria Rueda, property manager for unit 4004. We also, called many times to her cell number as well as Seiber Stay phone numbers but unfortunately didn’t get an answer from any of their phone lines.
This situation totally ruined my Thanksgivings Dinner with my in laws. We ended up paying $800 the night across the street from this property in order to have somewhere to sleep at least.
At 7:46pm I get a call from Gina, apologizing and stating that she fell to sleep before having her Thanksgivings dinner with her family, and couldn’t answer my calls but she offered a full refund and a free night for November 26th. Which I accepted and provided her with my email for her to send me the new reservation details.
As we getting ready to go check in for the free night, I get a text message from Gina, stating there was a misunderstanding and we no longer get to stay for free as promised, either we get the 1 night refund (not a total refund as promised) or a free night stay for November 26th (which technically is not free if she doesn’t issue a full refund for the night of November 25th, which we couldn’t check in at all because she fell to sleep.
After speaking to Paola, the Lobby Manager at the Hyde Beach House, she explained the reason we couldn’t check in was because Gina, had to send an email with the booking details and she never did. I understand we are humans and things happen but since she forgot to send the email confirming our stay, it was just fair to give me a total refund as promised and honored the free night she promised as per our conversation on November 25th at 7:46PM.
